These terms apply when you buy or use Got Recommended services. By paying for a plan, you agree to them.
What we provide
- AI Snapshot (free): a one-page report on how often AI assistants recommend your business.
- Fix Sprint (one-time): the profile, listing, page and review-request work described on our pricing page, normally completed within 30 days of receiving your setup form and access.
- Monitoring and Monitoring Pro (monthly): the recurring checks, reports and improvements described on our pricing page.
No guaranteed rankings
AI assistants and search engines are run by other companies and change often. We measure your recommendation rate and do the work we describe, but we cannot guarantee any specific ranking, recommendation, number of calls or revenue.
Our 90-day promise
If your measured AI recommendation rate has not improved after 90 days of continuous Monitoring, your next month of Monitoring is free. Just reply to any of our emails to claim it.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Prices are shown on our website or proposal and are charged through Stripe.
- Monitoring plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime at gotrecommended.com/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
- The Fix Sprint is non-refundable once work has started. If we haven't started, email us within 7 days of payment for a full refund.
- Founding pricing stays locked for as long as your Monitoring plan stays active.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the business information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to grant us access to your business profiles. You can remove our access at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects your active plan, we'll email you before it takes effect.
