Got Recommended ("we") provides AI-visibility reports and listing fixes for home-service businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you send us through our forms or by email: your name, business name, email, phone, city, the services and towns you serve, and links to your business profiles.
- Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
- Public business information such as listings, ratings and review counts from public sources like Google Maps, plus the answers AI assistants give to questions about local businesses.
- Basic technical data (such as country and request time) that our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records to run and protect the site.
How we use it
- To prepare your snapshot and deliver the services you buy.
- To email you about your account, your reports and the work we do.
- To bill you and keep required business records.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us run the business (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, Zoho for email) or when the law requires it.
Access to your business profiles
If you add us as a manager on a business profile, we use that access only to make the changes described in your plan. You can remove our access at any time from the profile's settings.
Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out. Reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" and we'll stop.
Retention and your choices
We keep your information while you're a client and as long as needed for legal and accounting reasons. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us.
